Jaqai Mickelsen - Doctor Who

Ok, yeah. So...again...it's been a while. But I've had this lil' bobblehead around forever, and I realized, "wait a minute! He's a Doctor!"

It's been a while (shocking, I know) since I've drawn something by referencing it in actual 3D space, so it was fun to dust off those observation muscles. I give myself a B+ given how long it's been.

Doctor Who!!!?  Doctor Doom. Hard choice between Doom and Dr. Wily from Mega Man, but I think Doom is more evil?  Got little lazy with hood and cape.
