Peter Hong - Avengers

The enemy is beneath them (no pun intended...or was it?), if that wasn't clear.

Is this a Buffy "from beneath you, it devours" reference? (A.K.A. "it eats you, starting with your bottom"?)

hahaha! no, but it should be! i was thinking more, "we are beneath you, but NOTHING is beneath us!" from The Incredibles.

That's a great Black Widow. I mean, it's all great, but that was my first thought.

And I love how BIG the Hulk is.

thanks, adam! i was most worried about drawing her, since i don't draw ladies all that often.

I absolutely love the perspective. Was it difficult getting all the angles right? How do you do it, man?!

Amazing work!

back when i was a bright-eyed youngster, i would bring my drawings to show to visiting professionals at the local comic shop. they all told me the same thing: learn to draw action. all my poses were static. i've been trying to learn dynamic poses/angles since then.

it's lots of fun, but sometimes it's a bit of guesswork. i'm sure there's a bunch of mistakes here, marie, but thanks for the compliments!
