This was such a big topic for me. I kinda wanna split it into subtopics like we did for Star Wars, but I don't know if that would be inflicting my childhood on you all :-)
I echo Peter on the colors and especially the shading...first thing I noticed was the depth it had with the shadows! Really well done. I love the dead Koopa shell.
Also, I'm no expert, but doesn't Luigi get a princess, too? Daisy or something? If there's anything I've learned from SMB, it's that you unless otherwise instructed, there's always another castle...
He does have Daisy, eventually. She was the main princess in Super Mario Land (the Gameboy Mario game), so still technically Mario's, I guess? But later on she appeared in the Tennis, Golf, and Kart games alongside Peach, so the bros could double date :-)

poor guy. action is his reward. i like the vivid coloring, perspective, body language, and shading (especially under luigi's hat).
I almost didn't color it (it takes a long time!), but Cindy made me. And she's right: these characters really demand color.
