Marie - I use a #2 Winsor & Newton Series 7 brush with W&N Black India Ink (the kind with the spider on the box). The paper is just plain printer paper, which may not be the best choice, but it's cheap and abundant, and it accepts the ink remarkably well! The little I know about these materials, I gleaned mostly from Jake Parker (agent44.com), and the book Drawing Words and Writing Pictures.

those bathtub legs are the best! and they add so much fun to the situation, which is already tons of fun!
Your ink work is to DIE for, Charles! What pen/ink do you use, if I may ask? The line quality is just fantastic!
Thanks, guys!
