Five Minute Drawings

The shapes took longer than five minutes, and then I darkened everything and added some shading. I'm normally not good at drawing fast, and I also got injured recently, so I had this idea and it took me a while to concentrate and practice drawing. Sorry, I cheated a bit. But it was fun! :)

Still better than I could do in 50 minutes, let alone 5 ;-)

Love the idea :-D

I love how the staging gives this an extra-mysterious feel. Is that a microphone he's holding? Really amazing work.

thanks! it's some kind of life-giving vine he's grabbing after getting injured on his right side. that's kinda what happened to me after falling through a ceiling. now i'm taking time to recover mentally/physically. :)

also, looks like webs from spider-man's wrists when todd mcfarlane used to draw him. ;)

Ouch! Well, on a positive note, your injuries sure aren't affecting the quality of your work! But I hope you feel better soon.

Oh my gosh! I hope you're okay!! Get better soon and stay off roofs!

On an artistic note, I really like the shadows on this; it's incredibly dramatic. Maybe it's just the background you gave, but I really sense the...I don't know, desperation? in his posture. Well done!
